Secure notes use HMAC-SHA256 hashing with a unique per-note salt. Passwords and patterns are never stored in plain text. All cloud communication uses HTTPS/TLS.

Peteks does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information on our servers. Your notes stay on your device only.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or other damages. You are solely responsible for backing up your own data. We strongly recommend enabling Google Drive backup.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peteks and its developer shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of your notes or data, whether caused by app bugs, device failure, accidental deletion, or any other reason.
You retain full ownership of all notes you create. We claim no ownership over your content and will never access it.
These terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
